This site is provided for general information about our practice, doctors, services and locations, and to let prospective and existing patients request an appointment. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to interfere with its normal operation, probe or scan its security, or submit false or fraudulent information through any form.
Not medical advice
Content on this site — including blog posts, condition and treatment descriptions, and before-and-after photos — is provided for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional dental or medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Individual results vary. Always consult a qualified dentist or physician regarding your specific condition, and do not delay seeking care because of something you read on this site. If you have a dental or medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
No doctor-patient relationship
Browsing this site, submitting a contact form, or requesting an appointment does not, by itself, create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins only once you have been accepted as a patient of the practice following an in-person or telehealth evaluation.
Do not send medical information through this site
Website forms and email are not secure, HIPAA-compliant channels. Please do not submit your medical history, symptoms, images or other protected health information through a website form. Use the form only to request that we contact you, and we will handle any health information over the phone or in the office.

The text, images, graphics, logos and design of this site are owned by or licensed to ADHP and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, republish or distribute site content for any other purpose without our written permission.
