Common questions before a first appointment

I haven't seen a dentist in years. Will I be judged?

No. You can always find completely judgment-free care with us. Many of our patients come to us after years of avoiding dental care, often because of cost or a bad experience in the past. We start where you are.

I'm very anxious about dental treatment.

Tell us when you book. Our sedation dentistry options include all levels of anesthesia, and knowing in advance lets us plan the visit around your anxiety rather than around a standard appointment slot.

Do you take my insurance?

We accept most major dental plans and are in-network with several providers. See insurance & financing for the current list, and call your nearest office if your plan isn't shown.

Can I be treated at more than one location?

Yes. Treatment is coordinated across the practice, and complex cases are often planned by more than one of our doctors.

What if I have an emergency?

Call us immediately — persistent severe oral pain or bleeding always indicates an emergency. See emergency dentistry for what to do right now.
